This company was created to be the beginning point and ending point for most of the needs for small to medium sized business's. While we offer our services to any size or type of business, and to individuals, we specialize in the Hospitality Industry. INCOME TAX SERVICES:
All tax returns are processed by the owner, an "Enrolled Agent". Many of the big chains are owned by investors who don't actually know much about taxes. What is an Enrolled Agent and why would I want him to do my taxes many people ask?
An Enrolled Agent (EA) is the only tax professional that has proven their competence in matters of taxation before they are allowed to serve the public. Enrolled Agents get their title from the Federal Government . CPA's and Attorneys may choose to specialize in taxes, but every (EA) is an expert in taxes. They must pass a very difficult 3 day examination that deals in matters of taxation(or work for the IRS 5years) and a background check before they have earned their title. In fact, EA's were created to help the public deal with the Government in the late 1800's. As mentioned above Enrolled Agents are granted their title by the Federal Government, CPA's and Attorneys get their credentials from a state. One last thing, it is very difficult to become an Enrolled Agent. there are less than 50,000 in the whole country compared to over half a million CPA's and over a million attorneys.
After last years tax season ended last year we brainstormed with our staff and clients on how we could improve our service. We came up with the following changes:

Customer Tax Document Pick-up: Please call for details, there is a small charge (most around $10 for Sacramento) but we can meet you at home or your office. We will still send you the questionnaire to review (to make sure you get all of your deductions). Your documents are listed and sealed in an envelope. A licensed contact person will be assigned and will call or email you within 24 hours, when he or she has been assigned to serve you and answer your questions if any .
Offer Online Service:
We also have an online service at a substantial discount, if you don't need an appointment. The differfence between our service and others is you still have a person involved.. You get the best of both worlds, a discount, software that looks for missed deduction, but we also have a person look. It is reviewed again by an Enrolled Agent before filing.
In our online program you email us and you will be assigned a licensed contact person who will send you our questionaire. We always send a questionaire to make sure you get all of your deductions, while it is not required to be filled out we ask that you do read it. When it is returned your contact person will read it and follow-up with a call and ask if you have any more questions or concerns. We will actually prepare your return not you, and not a machine. We can contact you if we suspect a deduction may have been missed a machine cannot. You can always email or call us if you have any questions. Our online fees start at $25, that includes State and Federal.
Expand to serve any State in the US:
Since our company is actually managed by an Enrolled Agent we can prepare taxes in any state not just California. We provide this service online. We have software for any State in the US (every State that requires a tax return). We can even assist you in filing overdue returns from other states.
We have a $10 e-file fee that covers both State and Federal e-filing.
We can hold the payment of tax preparation fee's until after you receive your refund, call us for details.
We provide complete tax preparation and do not charge a lot of hidden fee's. Things like accuracy fee's, audit insurance, we will assist you with any written communication regarding your return for no charge. We will also provide 4 hours of offsite assistance with any matter on a return we prepared at no extra charge. If you are contacted by any taxing agency you just notify us.

Bookkeeping Services: We offer bookkeeping services to our clients that not only includes financial statements, but decision making information. We can also help those of you who use the shoe box school of accounting. We will sort your documents from 2011, prepare your financial statements and then prepare all of your returns as required (Sales Tax, Federal Income Tax, State Income Tax)
If you someday want a loan(personal or business) based on your business you will need to show Financial Statements to the lender amongst other documents. We do not provide audited statements, we are ( we have 2 degreed accountants on staff) not CPA's. But most companies don't get audited financial statements prepared anyway. Many policies are sold by Independent Brokers, we are more. We help you manage your risk in your business or personal life..The principle owner is a graduate of the U.C. Davis School of Personal Financial Planning. We offer insurance but sometimes there are better options than buying insurance when appropriate. Financial Planning encompasses your total financial picture. Which may mean other options over insurance when it is more appropriate. We have multiple revenue streams, so we do not depend on insurance or anything else to remain in business. We want a relationship, a long term relationship, not just a sale.
